The Resturant with its theatre style kitchen is guided by Head Chef Ben Bulger. The team create a daily changing menu which embraces the season and Ben's passion for great food, well done. Opening out onto the terrace and the garden, it definitely is the place to enjoy a light lunch or celebratory dinner.

Whether you're staying at the hotel or just stopping by for lunch or dinner, you'll feel at home. Join us in the lounge for a lighter bite, or enjoy the resturant with its glass fronted windows, opening up onto the terrace and walled garden.

Have a sip of something special with someone special, watch the world go by with a latte in the lounge, or curl up with a good book in our library.

The light filled lounge features a stunning botanical wall painting from artist Hugo Dalton, it's not hard to see where the inspiration came from as the lounge overlooks the walled gardens that surround the hotel. Sit back in one of the British designed sofas from Russell Pinch or Mathew Hilton. As the day passes enjoy coffee, light lunch, afternoon tea or a glass of something deliciously chilled before the light fades.

With its warm dark furnishings the bar is a sophisticated place, serving up cocktails by night, the selection changes with the season. Tell us how you like your cocktails, or let us create something just for you.

Our library is a firm favourite. Choose from 750 titles - with something for everyone - selected with Devon in mind make sure you take time to have a wander through the selection.
