On 6th October, the Lost Weekend festival heads to Exeter! Lost Weekend is a 3-day festival of music, art, ideas and technology.

Music events include Wildwood Kin, their biggest hometown gig to date, launching their debut album Turning Tides on Sony. The Lost In Music wristband gets you in to see 40+ bands, and exclusively into 6 venues including Exeter Cathedral and Exeter Phoenix to catch the headline acts. There are also 3 free stages for everyone to enjoy.

The Tech Workshops include web design - learn to make websites, for free, in one workshop, open to everyone! Plus a Radio production workshop for college-aged radio and sound arts enthusiasts, and there's even a Young People's Hackathon too!

Art listings include Choral Cuisine which will see 50 diners collectively composing a symphony whilst sitting down to a delicious communal meal. Listening Trees is the possibility of a connection with a stranger. When you sit at a Listening Tree it connects you to another seat somewhere else!

TEDxExeter on October 7th is Exeter’s local ideas festival with global reach. Home to ‘Ideas worth spreading’, their speakers’ talks have been viewed almost 15 million times online.
