The Ceremony. Our hotel holds a civil marriage licence so you can host your wedding and reception in the same venue. We have a range of beautiful reception rooms that can provide the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and accommodate wedding parties of all sizes. We can also help with the civil ceremony order of service if you wish.
The Reception. We can offer you and your guests everything from arrival drinks and canapés to a buffet or a banquet of several courses – whatever fits best with the day you have planned. There is also a range of varied drinks packages. We can work with outside caterers if you prefer and have a list of tried and trusted suppliers who meet our high standards of food, service and professionalism.
Accommodation. As you’d expect from Thistle, we can accommodate you and your wedding party in considerable style overnight. Perhaps you want to celebrate with close family the night before the wedding or you have guests travelling long distances.
