Northcote Manor is one of the most luxurious locations in North Devon for a bride and groom to create that perfect day. Each of the eleven guest bedrooms and various drawing rooms have been individually and elegantly designed to ensure your comfort and to provide those all important special touches for your special day.

Northcote is licensed to hold civil ceremonies and can accommodate from 2 to 50, in house, for a seated wedding breakfast or up to 80 if you use the restaurant and adjoining drawing room together, alternatively if you choose to have an informal yet stunning wedding buffet more can be accommodated. This creates a wonderful atmosphere where your guests can mingle throughout the house and grounds. Ceremonies can now be held in our beautiful bright conservatory as well as the Oak Room.  Commitment ceremonies and same sex marriages are welcome.

Exclusive use of Northcote Manor allows you free use of the house and gardens, enabling you to be Lord and Lady of the Manor for the day and the opportunity to celebrate with friends and family, as if in your own home. The award-winning chef, Richie Herkes, has been creating some wonderful wedding banquets. His menus start at £40.50 for a 3-course dinner or lunch and there is an extensive selection for you to make your choice. There is not a formal package, as each wedding is as individual as the bride.
