Our standard rooms feature both a double and single bed and our Superior rooms have a king or queen bed plus a writing desk. We have also launched a special 'recession buster' wedding reception package. Prospective couples will be able to book special wedding receptions at half the price of the regular wedding packages that the hotel normally offers, but not at the cost of lower standards of service.
Hotel Director, Rhys Roberts explains,” We are conscious that most people have been affected by the credit crunch in some way or another and the two special packages being launched, give prospective wedding couples the opportunity to have their wedding in a three star hotel at prices that wouldn’t normally be available. We are still offering a great standard but at fantastic value for money, were calling it our ‘Credit Crunch Confetti’ packages”. Dine in our air-conditioned Gallery Restaurant, with its interesting French Impressionist prints for you to enjoy whilst sampling our fine regional cuisine sourced from local suppliers.
Our Executive Chief Nick Mort has created imaginative and interesting dishes from Sautéed Goose Liver to Duck with Grilled Carrot and has developed a local following who enjoy returning to the Gallery time after time.
The Gallery Restaurant also offers an extensive range of wines from around the world giving our guests a balanced variety of good value wines, many of them organic.
