Conferences
The Gipsy Hill Hotel is an excellent location for business conferences and club meetings. It has many years experience in providing function rooms for
numerous companies and clubs who choose to come back to us time and time again. We offer snacks, lunches and dinners. You can chose from one our specially prepared buffet menus or we can tailor make a dish to suit special requirements. For guests who may wish to stay overnight, we have accommodation in our 3 star hotel en-suite bedrooms. The Cedar Suite
This ground floor suite has been newly refurbished. It is the largest conference room and benefits from having easy access to the car park, patio and hotel entrance. It boasts of having natural daylight on three sides two of which overlook the landscaped gardens.
The Lawns Suite
Also on the ground floor and the second largest suite. This suite has plenty of natural daylight and has the best views in the hotel of the large landscaped gardens.
The Willows Suite
This room again is on the ground floor, has plenty of natural daylight with a double aspect overlooking the landscaped gardens. It is ideal for medium sized conferences, a most delightful room.
The Garden Suite
New, purpose-built room, overlooking the garden with it's own access to the garden via a raised decking area. Bright and modern with air conditioning, it is ideal for any conference.
The Maple Suite
Again on the first floor our smallest suite with natural daylight and its own bathroom and overlooking the landscaped gardens. It is ideal for interviews or as a syndicate room
