The Devon Court Resort welcomed its first member back in 1987 and has since sold over 2,450 weeks of luxury timeshare apartment ownership weeks.

The accommodation comprises 49 luxury Exmouth hotel suites with one and two bedroom apartments accommodating four or six people respectively, with excellent furnishings, many with chandeliers, sea views, balconies, double bathrooms, Jacuzzis and well-equipped kitchenettes.
