No. 21, an owner operated restaurant, overlooks Exeter's magnificent 12th century Gothic cathedral - beautiful by day and breathtaking by night.

The restaurant which is entirely non-smoking and also open during the day as a cafe has been completely refurbished, presenting a warm, contemporary feel - an ideal platform on which the chef/patron can present a menu using some of the Westcountry's finest ingredients enhanced with flavours from around the world.
