Food at Highbullen has always been top of the agenda and this is no different today, already synonymous with fine food between two restaurants sumptuous meals are served throughout the day with the renowned hospitality people have come to expect.

In the Pavilion we have the Brasserie, which serves breakfast and lunch time meals and snacks. Dining with this option affords guests the chance to wander out onto the terrace in the summer months with something chilled, before sitting down to a delicious dinner or light lunch selected from a menu inspired by the best local ingredients to ensure the freshness and taste are paramount.

The Cellar in our Victorian Country House serves a fresh 3 course menu every night. Our dedicated chefs mix the modern flavours and styles with tradition courses of the English countryside. Relax with a glass of wine from our extensive wine collection and enjoy the food on one of our intimate candle lit tables or in the lighter nights enjoy the panoramic views as the sun goes down over the Taw and Mole Valleys.
There is no prescriptive dress code, but dressing up for dinner in the hotel restaurant seems only natural as the style of the dinning reflects a more elegant era.
