The Hartnoll Hotel

Here's a country house hotel set amidst the rolling hills of the Exe valley, and is superbly situated in the village of Bolham, on the outskirts of the thriving market town of Tiverton in the beautiful Exe Valley. Opposite the hotel is Curly Lane which leads to the National Trust property of Knightshaves, which is open to the public during the summer months. The Hartnoll Hotel was once attached to the property but has been run as a hotel since around 1936.
Following a day spent touring the magnificent surrounding countryside, relax with a drink in the bar where you will find a wide variety of wines as well as locally brewed ales and ciders. The Conservatory is accessible from the bar and is ideal for morning coffee, afternoon tea or after dinner liquers. The Banqueting Suite can cater for up to 300 people, depending on the type of function and all are licensed for civil wedding ceremonies.

Each of our sixteen en-suite bedrooms have been tastefully furnished and are equipped with colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities and direct dial telephones. The Annex provides cottage style bedrooms suitable for pet owners or guests who wish to avoid climbing stairs. The bridal suite has a luxurious king size four poster bed, perfect for special occasions.
