Situated in a peaceful, charming, Georgian terrace, within a short walking distance of Exeter city centre, our delightful townhouse is perfect for a city break, business trip or as a stop off en-route to the South West.

We are particularly proud of our high standards, personal service and attention to detail, for which we have been accredited the prestigious 2008 Gold Award for guest accommodation.

We have ten en-suite bedrooms; three of them are conveniently accessed from street level. Our light, vibrant and spacious south facing rooms enjoy views over our garden towards Exeter's famous cathedral. You'll find our front facing rooms tastefully furnished in traditional Georgian decor.

When the sun's shining, why not pick up a bottle of wine and unwind in our peaceful and secluded garden. As our guests you are also welcome to relax in our lounge, with a coffee, and enjoy our range of magazines, CDs, books and DVDs.

Silverspring's central location could not be more convenient. Leave the car behind and stroll into the city centre. Right on our doorstep, you'll find Gandy Street with its independent boutiques, Exeter's historic quay lined with antique shops, a buzzing art centre, fascinating walks around Exeter's ancient Roman wall, Cathedral, museums, galleries, and a wealth of delicious restaurants.

We are also ideally situated to explore the surrounding area. Dartmoor, with its sublime landscapes, waterfalls and idyllic villages, is just a short drive away. Why not take one of the stunning train journeys along the river Exe and experience South Devon's beautiful coastline.
