The menus are written around what is available in the walled kitchen gardens or delivered to the door from the local suppliers–creating the 25-mile menu concept. The menus will change by the minute, depending on what the forager supplies and what the kitchen garden team deems to be in perfect condition. The food style is driven by homegrown clarity of flavour, true to the seasons and influenced by the Otter Valley and its proximity to the coast. 21 of the local suppliers are highlighted on the 25-mile menu, but this is not the exhaustive list! THE PIG-at Combe is always on the hunt to find and support new and emerging producers that can add depth of flavour and authenticity to the menu. Guests will very rarely see the same dishes on the menu twice!

Choose between the panelled restaurant, which brings a little bit of the outside in, or the old garden Folly, a rustic hideaway in the grounds for ‘drop in’ dining.  It has an atmospheric indoor/outdoor bar and dining area with wood-fired oven, tables and benches and lots of cigars!
