The Bendene Townhouse is a Georgian Grade II listed building with access straight from the road to the reception area, the breakfast room and 1 ground floor bedroom. All other bedrooms are up stairs located on 3 floors. They do not have a lift in place. All four bedrooms at the top of the property have one bed located under a sloping ceiling, all four rooms have full head room. In rooms 16, 7, 10, 20, 5, 6 there is a step into the shower cubicle. Information about the size of the step can be obtained by contacting the staff direct.
Being in a beautiful Grade II listed building, each of the rooms hold their own rustic charm. There are 18 rooms at Bendene Townhouse, with six room types, so there are plenty of options depending on your preferences. The rooms have recently been refurbished, giving the hotel a mix of period features with a contemporary flair.
Due to the historic nature of the building, and the fact the building is listed, unfortunately, the hotel may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties as there is no lift. The main guest reception is located on the first floor, and the hotel does offer three rooms on this floor, so please do call to check whether these rooms are available.
