Accessible Rooms: These are three ground floor rooms, that all face onto the garden. All complete with amenities and fully en-suite. The superior garden room, comes complete with its own garden terrace and has a shower over a bath. Room 20, again boasting its own private patio, has a small walk in shower (70cm) and is particularly suited to partially mobile guests. Room 21 is fully accessible, including a wet room bathroom, low level units, laid out to suit wheel chairs.
All of the 20 bedrooms are fully en-suite and boast a fine selection of antique furnishings and have been recently renovated and improved. All rooms feature flat screen TV, hair dryer, tea & coffee making facilities and Sea Kelp toiletries.
Superior rooms come with fluffy bathrobes, upgraded toiletries and are more spacious with king size beds (sleigh or 4 poster style).

Team Building Days
Looking for something different? Why not combine a half or full day package with a new and interesting activity on site? They can arrange for AAPGAI trained instructors to introduce the basics of fly casting and fly fishing on the river behind the hotel. Suitable for groups up to 25 guests the instructors will train the group in an afternoon to cast a fly and a friendly competition ensues for a bit of team camaraderie. A 3 hour session minimum is recommended and all equipment is provided. Costs from £28 per person plus our half or full day delegate rates.
Eggesford and Heywood forest surround the landscape with the massive Tarka Trail walking route accessed just a few hundred metres away.
Exmoor, Dartmoor, The coast and local large attractions are all within 45 minutes of the hotel by car. RHS Rosemoor is 25 minutes away.
