The Executive Chef and his team prepare discerning menus that combine international dishes with the best English cooking, featuring a selection of fresh local produce with an emphasis on seafood. The hotel restaurant in Sidmouth is open to non-residents, and an extensive a la Carte menu is available, as well as Table d’hote Luncheon and Dinner menus.
Special dietary requirements can be made available by arrangement. Dinner is served between 7.00pm and 9.00pm. The hotel can also make special arrangements for pre-theatre meals and also for children’s high tea. Light refreshments are always available and can be served in the Regency Bar, in the Foyer or on the terrace during the summer months.
